This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how we, the company (hereinafter defined), collect, receive, and/or store personal information about users who have registered for the MyPiqs service, which enables smart identification of participants at events and the direct delivery of photos to participants (hereinafter “the Service”).
Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to users who have registered directly for the Service. This Privacy Policy does not apply to you if the Service is provided to your organization or employer that has contracted with us to receive the Service.
1. What is Personal Information? “Personal Information” refers to any information relating to the identity, personal status, privacy, health condition, economic status, professional qualifications, opinions, and beliefs of an identified or identifiable individual.
2. Consent and Changes to the Privacy Policy You are not legally obligated to provide us with personal information, and you hereby confirm that the provision of your personal information is done voluntarily and with your consent. provide an up-to-date facial photo (selfie).

We may use such information to analyze trends, administer the Service, track user movements within the Service, and gather demographic information.

cookies, anonymous identifiers, and other tracking technologies to provide the
Service and display personalized information and marketing content. A “cookie”
is a small text file that can be used to collect information about your activity within the Service. For example, certain cookies may be used to retrieve personal

4.1 To Provide the Service: To perform smart identification of you in photos and video clips taken at events you participate in and where the Service is available (hereinafter “the event” and “the media,” respectively).
4.2 To Ensure Service Integrity and Improve It.
4.3 For Legal Defense: To defend against legal claims or similar processes.
4.4 To Prevent Unauthorized Activities: To prevent activities that violate our terms of use and this Privacy Policy.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will delete the media and information you provide to us 30 days after sending the media files to event participants and
concluding the Service.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties We will not disclose and/or share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
5.1 Service Providers: To provide and assist in the operation of the Service, we may share personal information with trusted suppliers and service providers. Such information may be transferred to other countries. We make reasonable efforts and take measures to ensure they adhere to data security requirements.
5.2 Event Organizers: We may share personal information with event organizers upon their request as part of the Service.
5.3 Legal Requirements: We may share personal information if we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably
necessary to: (1) Comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or
enforceable governmental request; (2) Enforce the Service’s terms of use, including investigating potential violations of the terms of use or any other agreement with us;
(3) Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; (4) Protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of the company or its representatives, users, or the public.
6. Children’s Privacy Generally, the Service is intended for individuals over 18 years old. For events naturally involving children under 18, such as weddings, family events, sports events, etc., the provision and use of personal information of minors at such events are subject to the approval and consent of a parent or guardian, only after reviewing this Privacy Policy together with the minor. As a parent or guardian of a minor, you hereby declare that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy together with the minor, agree to all its terms on behalf of the minor, and are authorized and legally competent to permit and approve the minor’s use of the Service and the provision of personal information as
described.

We comply with industry standards and use appropriate physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal information in our systems. However, despite our efforts, no method of data transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
